SPECIAL ORDER. is hereby given that the following Resolution passed, at a special meeting of the Tauranga Borough Council convened for that purpose and held on the 24th day of August, 1932, tfncl intended to operate as a Special Order will come ur» for confirmation at the meeting of the Connell to be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday the £Bth day of September 1932 in the Council Chambers Town Hall Tauranga viz: That the Tauranga Borough Council In pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 158 and 159 of "the Municipal Corporations Act 1920’ - Doth hereby resolve by special order to accept a surrender from Edwin Thomas Baker or one-half of Allotments 423 and 424 Section 2 Town of Tauranga being part of the lands comprised in Memorandum of Lease Number 12533 from the Mayor Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Tauranga to the said Edwin Thomas Baker of Allotments 423 and 424 Section 2 Town of .Tauranga and that the rental reserved by the said lease be reduced to £8 Os Od per annum from the Ist day of October 1932. BOROUGH OF TAURANGA. is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Tauranga Borough Council held on the 14th day of September. 1932. It was resolved by way of Special Order that the Tauranga Borough Council make a by-law the object and purport of which is as follows: That Clause 32 of By-Law (Abattoir By-Law) as amended by By-Laws Nos. 12, 13 'and 16 be altered and amended to provide that the fees for. slaughtering and dressing every head of cattle other than calves be 12/ for every head of sheep or lamb 2/6, and for every pig 3/. And notice is also given that the said resolution Will be submitted for confirmation to an ordinary meeting of the Council to bo held in the Council Chambers at 7.30 p.m. on the 12th day of October, 1932. A copy of the said Special Order is deposited at the office of the Council in the Town Hall, Tauranga, at which office it will be open for inspection during office hours and until the said confirming meeting Is held.
