DIVORCE ACTION.
NOVEL GROUNDS. A Berlin bride has secured divorce on novel grounds. She has been happily married a few weeks when one night she was awakened to see a white apparition on top of the wardrobe. Switching on the light she was amazed to find that her husband had elamboured up there ;ln his sleep. She forgave him for unwitting eccentricity, but when the next night he repeated the performance she packed and returned to her mother. It transpired that the unfortunate husband was always addicted to wandering in his sleep at the time of full moon, and the court ruled that he should have informed his wife of that fact before he married her.
