CARNERA DEFEATS COOK. London, March 23 Following upon the Boxing Board’s refusal to sanction the Cook-Carnera bout without a referee the promoter agreed that the board should appoint a referee, whose name was not disclosed till the boxers entered the ring. Camera knocked out Cook in the fourth round.
