PLENTY OF MONEY AVAILABLE. London', March 22 Now issues continue lo be heavily over-subscribed. The latest, the Port of London Authority £2,000,000 5 per cent, at £lO 10s, was covered 25 times. A total of £270,000,000 has been offered in three weeks in response to invitations to subscribe £8,900,000.
