CONFERENCE At WHANGAREI. Whangarei March 23 After a conference of representatives of North Auckland dairy companies, the following statement was issued later' by Mr W. Grounds: “The companies represented have decided to call general meetings of their suppliers wherever necessary to secure the necessary backing for the proposed marketing consolidation. It was further decided to request the dissentient companies to reconsider their decisions and wherever necessary to give an opportunity for consideration by their suppliers at'special general meetings or at their annual meetings.”
