This is almost an average of 100 eggs per week for the whole fortyfive weeks, <The period, too, included the coldest months of the year—the time when the weather would have the greatest disturbing influence on poultry. We are now entering the winter period again and soon, if not already, poultry, if left to fend for themselves, will be easing up in egglaying.
