This afternoon and evening patrons of the Opera House will again have an oppor tunity to sec the unique and wonderful intelligence displayed b.v “Fangs,” the famous police dog and canine star in “Wolves of the Desert.” The acting of “Fangs” is said to bq marvellous, and will be of particular interest to all lovers of animals. In an all-star cast Ben Wilson plays male lead, in this story of the days of the early prospectors for gold. The story tells of an Eastern criminolgiat who is callel to Arizona to run down the men who are gradually wrecking a prosperous gold mine. Convinced that he is leaving love back in the east, the investigator goes into the desert, where he finds not only real romance, but actio®, mystery and finally the crooks themselves. Sin is all that thrives in the hot sands, where men who fight for gold fight for life, and the “Wolves of the Desert” fight furiously and unfairly. Greed, hate and cunning are predominant and their make-up, _ and it _is onlv after much fighting and with the valuable help of "Fangs” that the claim is saved. Next Tuesday and Wednesday will be presented Hoot Gibson’s most famous vehicle, “King of the Rodeo,” with the great Chicago national rodeo as a background. The events as they were actually run off, with the world’s championship cowboys competing are a, part of the story and Gibson in many instances outdoes their daring feats.
