In the Magistrate’s Court, Mark Hansen sued the North Tiraumea Dairy Company for £149, arising cut of his dismissal from the position of acting-manager. Mr S. L. P. Free;, S. M., gave judgment for the defendant company with £22 costs. The plaintiff was; for nine years manager of the company’s factory. The magistrate; observed that there were two factions on the directorate—Government and Opposition'. Plaintiff’s; acts showed that his sympathies were with the Opposi lion.
