London, July 9 Owing to unusual heatand lack of rain the agricultural outlook is serious, ihe harvesting of oats and barley has begun instead of the usual time in September London and other cities are threatened with a shortage ot water. Many deaths are repotted from sunstroke and heat apoplexy.
