the followiug prices were realised at Westfield ou Wednesday : — Beef—Pest oxen 47s per 1001b, cows and heifers 35s to 455, others 28s to 33s 9d. Mutton—Best wethers 36s 6d to 39s 9d, shorn 24s 6d to 29s 9d, others 28s to 35s 9d, ewes 27s Cd to 393 3d, f hoggets 24-i GJ to 28-i, lambs 25s j to 26*.
