Succumbs to] Pneumonia.

London, Sept 2. * Keir Hardie, M.P. for MerthyrTydvil, ib dead from pnuemonia. (The deceased was Chairman of the ( Independent Labour Party. He was born in Scotland un August 15, 1856, of working-class parents. He worked in the mines from 7 years of age to 24 He was mairied in 1880, and visited India and Australia in 1907.
