(Several newspapers refused to insert an advertisement of German origin, calculated as prejudicial tt> the Allies' loan, stating thac the Financial Trust was plotting to lend money to Russia, which was going bankrupt; to France, which was smashed; and to England, which was on the eve of i a solvency.
