Rcuter: s Agency reports that the Acting Governor of San Salvador states that the missionary Dow-skill was arrested for acting as leader of the disail'eeted natives in the recent revolt, and that ho allowed the mission station to be used as a base to besiege the Portuguese fort.
Lisbon, March 5 The Portuguese Govcremeut has ordered IJowskiU's release.
