A LAND TRANSACTION.
An action was heard in the h'uprenn' Court, Auckland, this week for the specific performance of an Mgrcenu-t in connection with the exchange of two farnr.F. The case was brought by William Harold Lambert and Jesse James Hills (Messrs C. A. Loughnan and Baldwin), of Palmerston North, against Thomas Lochhead (Dr Bamford, with him Mr H. Thillips instructed b.y Mesara Sharp and Tudhope), of Tauranga After considerable evidence had been taken on behalf of Mr Lochhencl and some evicknea on behalf of plaintiffs, the latter elected to submit to judgment for defendant, which was given, with costs on the hightEt stale.
