Constantinople, Nov. 2 The. Turkish Foreign Minister states that the negotiations have been confined to the question of fan armistice, though ho beliovos that peace is assured.
The signing of tho protocol has been.postponed for -18 houiv. It provides for an eight days' armistice. The bplligftronts will bo required to provision the beleagureri towus. The delay is to enable the Greek delegate to obtain authority to sign. The protocol also provides for 48 hours^ notice for the resumption of hostilities in tho event of the negotiation for peace breaking down.
