ST. IAETERSBLJRO,. April 27. The maiden speech of M. Sazanow (Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs), cordially affirmed the alliance with France ami the entente with u'reat Britain and (Jermany. He also bore testimony to the good effects of the Anglo-Russian agreement in Persia. In referring to the United States, M. Sazanow declared that Uussia would not tolerate any interference with her internal affairs.
