Sydney, October 22. — Chamberlain lias cabled 'gladly accept troops.' It has boen decided to send 30 additional I.an« cers to make up the full strength of the company on landing at the Cape. One hundred and fifty men and 200 horses by the steamer Kent on Saturday and the balance will sail by the Aberdeen. Sporting.
