Obituary.
Auckland, Tuesday. -— The death is announced, at Coromandel, of John Ellis, believed to be the oldest white resident of Coromandel, with the exception of Callow ay of Kikowhakarere. He was 84 years of age and resided at Tiki. He was an old man-o- war's man and arrived in Coromandel in 1852.
