THE DRUIDS' BALL;
A ball, given under the auspices of the Druida' Lodge, took place on Monday evening in tne Temperance Hall. The room was very tastefully decorated with evergreens and flowers, and a large company assembled to do justice to the Occasion. Everything that Could conduce to tne comfort of those present had been thought of by the Committee of Management and a very enjoyable evening was spent. The great want in this good town is a band for these and similar occasions, and the want is the more remarkable as we boast of so many musical people who, if they only would give a little of their time to practice, could render such effective service. A good time fa coming it is hoped, and let us hdpe it may be soon.
