BABLOW'S CIRCUS.
Bablow's Circus is advertised to open to*night in Wharf Street, the tent-having been pitched on a piece of ground at the rear of the Commercial Hotel premises. Mr Barlow and staff) with tbe performing ponies, monkeys, and dogs, .arrived by the s.s. Go- Ahead on Wednesday night from Poverty Bay, and the latter are-doing-the " happy family" busi 1 ness in the stables of- tbe Commercial. Wherever the oircus has been, it has met with the greatest; success, not only from thefact that it-is the only ejinbit-Ofi of the kind > travelling, round the cd?__y»._fut because theperformance- itself is well worth going toeeer Th» three beautiful little- piebald pomeay the - monkeys, and tbe dogs, afford the entertainment presented to the publio, and from all ' accounts, they have been trained to such perfection, that their various feats of skill and tricks, both individually and in concert, .are something wonderful to witness. We-expecr,.-therefore, that there will be a large'-atfcen*-dance at the oircus this evening, and iduring A Mr Barlow's stay in Tauranga.
