Entrance 10s., acceptance 10s. Nominations for the Tauranga Jockey Club Handicap and Hurdle Race will be received by the Secretary up to 8 p.m. on Saturday, January 19th, 1878. Entries for other races close on Saturday, the 26th January, at 8 p.m. Colours of riders and all particulars must be forwarded with entrance money. Qualification fee, one guinea, must be sent in at the time of entrance. . Three horses to start or no race. The Auokland Jockey Club Rules will be strictly adhered to.
