SERBIAN NOTES VALUELESS. A perusal of recent Sofia newspapers affords another glimpse of some of the conditions prevailing in Serbia under Bulgarian rule. Thus an official notice announces a sale by auction in Sofia "of sundry articles- taken from the enemy in Serbia, such a.? ordinary furniture, kitchen utensils, bedroom and drawing-room furniture and elegant objects of all kinds." This amounts to an official admission of the systematic looting that has been practised by the Bulgarians In the conquered territories. Another significant announcement is that the Sobranje will shortly be called upon to pass a Bill for the suppression or "brigandage" in Serbia To crown all, Serbian banknotes are proclaimed valueless.
