FOOTBALL.
Considerable interest is being taken in the senior fixture, Toko v; Clinton, to be played at Milton on Saturday, starting at 2.30 p.m. The Clinton team, which at present holds the top position in the Banner competition, is one which takes a good bit to beat, and in addition to King (Stirling), it will have the services of Newson (Olutha) and Lightfoot (Invercargill). The Toko men, although they have no chance of winning the Banner this year, intend to make a strong effort to go through the second without ftdeteat, and they confidently hope to stop the southerners' march of victory on Saturday, The following have-been chosen to represent Toko-W.
