The Fate of the Little Pie.
There was a little girl, and she made a little pie. It was four inches long; it was three inches high; It took the little cook just half an hour to make it, And it took the llltlo oven jnst half as long to hake it. There was a littlo hoy, and he smelt that little pie. He marked it with the corner of his naughty little eye. To whip it off the table didn't take hini half a minute, And he ate it at a mouthful, with the cherries that were in it.
