A moderate number of horses, representing all descriptions, were entered for to-day.* sale. There was a fair attendance of farmers and others, bat as the selection of horse* offered was oulj a very common one, tht business transacted was not large. We solu on account of Mr James Barr, the trotting mare Myrtle at a satisfactory price, am> about 20 other horses for various vendors at current rates. We quote : — Firt- class draughts at £20 to £25 ; medium draughts, £VJ to £15 j firat-cldss hacks, i,'lo to £17 ; medium, £6 to £8 ; inferior, £1 10 ito £5 ;, carriage pairs, .£4O to £60.
