THE SYDNEY MARKETS.
(From ' Sydney Mail,' February 4 ) PRODUCE Wheat. — Fair shipments were received from Victoria and Adelaide, and also a small consignment from New Zealand. Good milling parcels are worth 35.6 d. to 3s. 7d. per bushel ; chick-feed steady at 2* Od to 3s 3d. Flour. -There is rather more inquiry under this head. Quotations for new flour are at £8 15s. to £9 per ton for stone made ; roller made, £9 5s to £10 ; old flour 103 to 15s. per ton higher. Oats.— Heavy shipments from New Zealand. Rather quiet at 2s. Id. to 23. 2d. per bushel for prime bright stout feed j faulty lots, from U. lOd. ; milling, 2s. 3d. ; seed is nominal.
