Keid for plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given for amount claimed, with Court costs 12s aud professional fee, 10s fc'd. JOHN' DUTTON V. J. MUIR. Claim, £11 16s 7d, for timber supplied. Mr Henderson appeared for plaintiff, and Mr D. Reid for defendant. Plaintiff was nonsuited with 21s costs.
