Tuesday, 20th March. (Before Mr E. H. Carew, B-.M.) The only objection lodged was that of Mr H. White for the offices now occupied by Mr George Capstick, which were rated at £33 per annum, the rental being £31 4s yearly. The amount was reduced to £25.
