(To the Editor of the Bruce Herald.) Sir, — The letter in your paper of the 25th instant, sieved " Charles Melville," late passenger to England in the l< City of Dunedin," in re that ship and Capt. Currie,. is so far from the truth that I. also a late passenger by the same ship, think it incumbent on me to contradict it. T consider the whole letter a tissue of falsehoods from beginning to end, and such being the case, I think it quite unnessary to contradict each statement in detail. I am, Jbc. . James Stkwart.
