George Palethoiipe, head waiter at Warner's Hotel, tried to board the trailer, of <& moving tram on the wrong side. The gate was shut and Balethoripe was knocked off the step by a pole carrying tho overhead construction!, and he fell under the second trailer of the same tram, the wheels cutting off his loft leg and arm. He died! at the hospital this morning. He was a married man with threo children.
