[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WANGANUI, This Day
Most of the bands taking part in the band contest, Avliich commences to-night, have arrived. Three are coming in by midday trains. The contest Avill be held in the racecourse grounds, Avhere A r isiting bandsmen will be to-morroAV entertained at a garden party. Should Avet Aveather be experienced, the competitions Avill be held in the Opera House. A large number of A'isitors are in toAvn.
