Lord Kitchener and party left this morning for Dainievirke, where they will spend the night. The Field-Marshal will l n -ve Wellington for Sydney on Wednesday, picking up the Vancouver boat at the latter port.

Lord Kitchener, accompanied by Mr and Mrs Parker, arrived at Dannevirke shortly before three this afternoon. The party are staying at Andrews' Hotel, and will resume their journey to-morrow.
