Wakefield to search for the Waratah amongst the Islands, then to take a zigzag coui'se back to Australia. She leaves Durban at the end of January. The contract will be signed when the British contributors to the search fund bank their subscriptions, but this will not delay the departure of the Wakefield. (Received Jarmarv 19, 9 a.m.) LONDON, January 18. The court has granted the executor leave to swear the death of Captain Ilbery, of the Waratah.
