WRECK OF THE AEON.
UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT AT SALVAGE, / [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, to-day. Tho scow Zin'ga'ra has returned from the wreck of the Aeon, unsuccessful. Captain Robinson is convinced that the Aeon Ava's looted by pirates. Two small boats haiiled high ashore by the- Aeon's crew had 'disappeared. The hull has almost gone, only a small part of the bow being left.
