The National Bank has received a cable from the London • board advising the declaration of a dividend of 5 per cent, for the half year, and a bonus to shareholders of 3 per cent, in all for the year to the 31st March last. £25,000 has-been added to the reserve fund which? will now stand at £375,000, and £13,000 has been car* ried forward. - Tlie directors have further allocated £10,000 in reduction of bank premises and £3000 tO- the officers' pen- . sion fund, a?id granted a bonus to the staff. • ■,■■■ :■:!•■. : - . -.. ■ The annual meeting is to be held in London on the 6th July.
