ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
[PBESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, last night. Two girls named' Collier were killed at Putaruru, near Rotorua, this afternoon through being run over by a railway truck during shunting operations. CHRISTCHURCH, last night. . A Richmond steam car collided with a cab on Stanmore Road • tonight, and knocked down a man named T. Bell, .who was talking to. the driver at the time. .Bell was somewhat severely injured, and was taken to the hospital suffering from cdhcussion of the brain.
