ALLAN HAMILTON'S COMPANY.

Mr Claude. H. Whaite, so long connected with the Broughs, arrived in Dannevirke during the week to make the necessary arrangements here for the visit of this company which takes place at the Drill Hall on Tuesday night next. The company havo just terminated a most successful season in Wellington. The play selected for Dannovirke will be "A Message from Mars." An excellent company will be seen in the cast while the mounting will h& a special feature, the whole of the scenery having been newly painted by Mr H. Whaite just prior to their leaving Australia. This play is from the pen of Mr Robert Gauthony, and produced by arrangement with Messrs Charles i Hawtrey and Frank Curzon. Mr ' George Cross will essay the role of Horace Parker, the selfish being whom the Message from Mars (Mr Wilton Power) has undertaken to reform. Mr Hesford takes the part of the "Tramp", and the whole of the members of the company are said to be fitted well with their respective" parts. -Notwithstanding the fact thai this play has been "reviewed five times in Sydney during the last five years, it drew crowded houses for the i last six nights of the season just terI minated by this company in that town.
