TAKAPAU.
At the public school yesterday afternoon there was a goodly number of parents and friends to witness- the distributioni of prizes. Mr M. Paulsen, chairman, in his remarks, complimented the schoolmaster and teachers upon the ability .and smartness of the scholars, and urged the children to lay up for themselves a good education as it would be useful to them in days to come.
