FIRE.
[press association.] WELLINGTON, to-day. An eight-roomed, -two-storied house, at Alicetown, Lower Hutt, owned and occupied by Timothy Coffey, was destroyed by fire early this, morning. The -occupants barely escaped in. time. The building and furniture were insured for £500, but the loss is considerably above that sum.
