BELGRADE, yesterday

An. ltalian mob at Belgrade attacked vthe Austrian shops. The gendarmes did not interfere.

M. Paprikoff, Bulgarian Foreign Minister, states that reserves already summoned to the Colors will be disbanded on November 4th, unless Turkey is engaged in menacing movements. '

BERLIN, yesterday

The Kaiser effusively welcomed the new Turkish ambassador,- declaring that his friendship for Turkey had never wavered.

The London Times says the situation in the Balkans is still a very anxious one, though the Bulgarians, in countermanding the summoning of additional reservists, have favorably impressed Turkey.

VIENNA, yesterday,
