AUSTRALIAN LEAGUE GAME. A DRAWN GAME.
LONDON, yesterday
The Australian League team played a draw Avith Salford on Saturday, each team securing three goals and a try (nine points). Messenger kicked a penalty goal, and a goal from a mark early in the game, and Salford eqxialised. A vigorous, unscientific game followed. In the second half Devereaux added a try which was not converted, and Messenger kicked a goal. Salford also scored a try and kicked a goal.
