. ♦ Press Assn— By telegraph— Copyright. DURBAN, yesterday. The Natal Witness was mulcted in £500 damages for libelling the Hon. T. F. Carter, Minister of Justice, by publishing Mr Jellicoe's letters alleging that Mr Carter suppressed a telegram in the hope of preventing Jellicoe's admission to the Natal Bar, thereby precluding him acting for Dinizulu.
