The Japs have i'ouud the guns buried at Mukden. It is believed at Tokio that 4.00 guns were thrown into the river. Genera! Kamamura on the loth brilliantly rouied three divisions of Russians south of Tieling. Many of the fugitives are without food, and are living on dead horses. Private advices from -Harbin staie ihafc only sixty surgeons and lo(> nurses attend 70,000 sick and wounded. The surgeons demand additional help.
