(Per Press Association.) ABHBUBTON, March 20. The annual Bam and Ewe Fair was held to-day, when 1600 ewes and nearly 50(J rams were entered. Both rams and ewes came forward in capital condition. There wa& a large attendance of farmers, dealers and breeders, but bidding was slow and ewes showed a slight drop in price. For better-class rams there was a good demand and prices ware satisfactory. Following are the prices of the principal sales of rams : —Epglißb Leicester and Border Leicester, 2£gs to 4gs ; Southdown, 4gs tp: 6gs; Shropshire, 4gs to sgs; stud Shropshire, up to lOgs ; Leicester, Jg to2gs to 2igß.
