There was nothing of importance in the charge His Honor only referring to the more serious offences. Clark and' Burton on fivo charges of breaking and entering in Wellington ana J. Knight, burglajy at Feilding, pleaded guilty and were remanded for sentence. James Manity, larceny, Pahiatua was sentenced to 12 months. No bill was returned against J. O. Ward, " charged with embezzlement.
