P.A. NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Flight-Leiut. E. Clow, who has received the Dutch Flying Cross is a son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Clow of New Plymouth, where he was born. He has been on active service for five years. He was shot down three years ago and for two years was a prisoner of war, being repatriated to bngland last year, owing to illness which prevented his return to the Dominion. He is 24 years of age
