DETAILS OP INSURANCE
THAMES, Friday
The Queen's Hotel, Thames, which was destroyed by fire on Wednesday morning, was insured for £3690 with the South British Insurance Co., Ltd. The owners are Campbell and Ehrenfried Co., Ltd., Auckland. The contents, owned by the licensee, Mr. A. E. Rabbidge, were insured for £1050, of which £750 was with the South British company. Both the building and contents were totally destroyed.
The house next door, occupied by Mrs. C. Mackey, and saved from destruction by the Thames fire brigade, will cost £200 to repair. It was insured for £350.
