MR. CHURCHILL BACK
Refusal To Comment On Peace Conference LOOKED FIT ON ARRIVAL Rec. 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 5. Mr. Churchill arrived at Hendon by air, wearing the uniform of a colonel of the Fourth (Queen's Own) Hussars. Mr. Churchill, who looked fit, said he had had an exceptionally fine trip. Asked by a reporter about the understanding that five Powers would attend the peace conference, he said he had nothing to say and did not know of the Potsdam Agreement.
