DIVIDENDS DECLARED
Blackwatcr Mines, Ltd. (West Coast), has declared a dividend of 4d a share, the fipal payment for 1944. Consolidated Goldflclds, Ltd.. the controlling company, has declared an interim payment of 2d a share on account of 1945. Both dividends are tax free and are payable in. the ea.uivalent of British currency on August 1. The corresponding payments last year were 6d and 3d a share respectively.
