STRIKES IN RUSSIA

WELLINGTON, this day.
In notice of a question to the Minister of External Affairs, Mr. Fraser, in the House of Representatives yesterday, Mr. E. P. Aderman (Nat, New Plymouth) asked whether he had received from the New Zealand Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Russia any information regarding the Russian method of dealing with strikes and stoppages in that country. If that information .had been received, would the Minister make known details of the Russian method and what the Government's opinion was of t it in its application to New Zealand.
